Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return/exchange an(y) item(s), please return your order within 30 days from receiving your order.

Yes, exchanges are possible. Send an email to helpdesk@smib.jp with your order number and the items you’d like to exchange.
