How to return

Follow these steps to return your order:

  • Select the items you wish to return
  • Print the return label
  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Attach the return label to the package
  • Drop off at your nearest post office

Processing and refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once processed

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible
